Admission: Application Forms

Use the following PDF forms for your GIAL application:

• Guidelines for Admission. Start by reading this document to know what paperwork is required with your application. For more information, refer to the Admissions section of the GIAL catalog.
• GIAL Application Form (PDF)
• Reference Form (PDF (3 copies per application)
• Application for Readmission (PDF). For GIAL students who are returning after an absence.
• Petition Form (PDF): For applicants seeking to waive the GRE based on a previously completed graduate degree.

• International students should contact the International Student Center (isc@gial.edu) for the GIAL International Student Application form.

These forms should be printed out, and submitted not later than six weeks before the anticipated date of enrollment in order to avoid a late fee. Please note that the application will not be processed unless accompanied by the non-refundable application fee.
