Impacting the World

GIAL alumni serve in a wide variety of roles all over the world. In 2014, Rachael Costello graduated from GIAL with an M.A. in Applied Linguistics with a concentration in Bible Translation. Today, she is a Bible translation consultant working with a team of mother-tongue translators to translate the Old Testament into Mixteco de Jicaltepec, an indigenous language in Mexico.

Partner with GIAL

As a GIAL donor you invest in the preparation of students for cross-cultural service. Your partnership has an eternal impact in the lives of minority people groups on every continent except Antarctica.

One of GIAL’s core values is to help our students avoid incurring debt. After graduation, GIAL alumni typically work in areas that offer little or no salary, making it extremely difficult to repay loans. Your partnership allows us to keep costs low and to offer financial aid so that students are not burdened with debt which could delay their service.

We invite you to join us in preparing cross-cultural workers. If you would like to know more, please contact GIAL Development at 972-708-7552 or by email at
