Celebration of Accreditation On December 13, 2005, GIAL hosted an informal reception on the ILC campus, to celebrate the awarding of initial accreditation to GIAL by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. About 300 people participated in this festive and joyous occasion. President Ross briefly recounted for the guests the history of GIAL, and challenged the GIAL community, even as it looks to a bright future, to remain faithful to its founding motivations. The guests also listened to messages of congratulations from Mr. Bill Caruth (Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and a founding Board member), and Dr. Bill Adrian (a founding Board member, and a current member of the Board of Trustees). |
